This was a temporary project with West Elm that involved the updating of product pages across the site.
It initially began as a 500 SKU push in preparation for Holiday 2020. Due to an increased conversion rate following this limited update to the site, the West Elm team decided to update all product pages across the site.
Prior to this initiative, the product pages were simple and provided little in the way of explanatory copy and photography. The updated product page layout necessitated a more complex product description and bullets, as well as the inclusion of selling points more specifically calling out the “reasons to buy” each item.
